Will Greenwood Has A Go At Picking A Very Controversial 2021 British & Irish Lions XV

Controversial.

Former England centre Will Greenwood is the latest pundit to have a go at picking his 2021 British and Irish Lions XV – with just two Irish players named in his team.

CJ Stander and James Ryan have been selected at number eight and second-row respectively with Greenwood picking more Scots (3) than Ireland players in his interesting, somewhat left-field selection.

The rest of the make-up of the team sees eight English players selected, including Jonny May, Owen Farrell, Elliot Daly and Manu Tuilagi and just two Welsh – Hadleigh Parkes at 12 and Justin Tipuric at 7.

Have a look at his selection below and let us know what you think. At least he hasn’t gone with Adam Byrne as a bolter this time! You can check out Lawrence Dallalglio’s team here too.
