Closing in.
Former Ulster and Ireland outhalf Paddy Jackson looks set to leave French side Perpignan in the summer after just one season with the relegation threatened side.
Jackson is closing in on a move to London Irish where he would once again link up with former Ireland head coach Declan Kidney and former Ulster boss Les Kiss.
According to RugbyPass, Jackson is close to finalising a deal with the Championship side, who look destined for promotion back to the Gallagher Premiership next season.
Kidney gave Jackson his Ireland debut back in 2013, while Kiss coached him for several years at Ulster. A move to England could be the perfect platform for the 27-year-old to get his career back on track and could prove to be an excellent acquisition for Irish.
