Back in action.
Garry Ringrose starts for Ireland this weekend in place of the injured Chris Farrell, in a new-look Irish midfield.
The young centre hasn’t worn a green jersey since last year’s Six Nations, having suffered with shoulder and ankle problems in recent months. He’s set to partner Bundee Aki in an exciting new midfield partnership.
The rest of the backline however, remains unchanged. Keith Earls, Rob Kearney and Jaco Stockdale make up the back-three, while Sexton and Murray continue at halfback.
In the pack Schmidt has made one change. Tadhg Furlong trained fully this week after missing the Wales game. He’s restored the starting line-up in place of Andrew Porter respectively. Iain Henderson is on the bench.
On the bench Leinster prodigy Jordan Larmour is set to earn his second cap for Ireland, after being named on the bench in place of Fergus McFadden. Jordi Murphy also gets the nod over Jack Conan, who starts for Leinster tomorrow.
