Rassie Erasmus has added three new players to his Champions Cup squad for their final pool game with Racing 92.
Munster host Racing in Thomond Park this weekend, already qualified for the quarter final stages, but still have it all to play for. A win will guarantee the southern province a home quarter final in Limerick.
Heading into the game, Erasmus has no fresh injury concerns with Simon Zebo, Conor Murray, Tommy O’Donnell and Peter O’Mahony all expected to shake off their knocks and be available for selection this weekend.
The South African may also give some young talent a chance, after adding two young up and coming players to his side, as well as welcoming back hooker Kevin O’Byrne into his team, who made his comeback for the A side in recent weeks.
Former Ulster scrumhalf Angus Lloyd comes in for Cathal Sheridan, academy recruit Calvin Nash comes in for Cian Bohane, while O’Byrne takes the place of Ard Scoil Ris man Mick Sherry, who continues to rehabilitate following his latest setback.
