Will Greenwood Names His Post-Six Nations British & Irish Lions XV

No Adam Byrne?

Will Greenwood has named his updated British & Irish Lions XV following the RBS Six Nations and thankfully hasn’t gone for a ridiculous wildcard this time.

The former England centre had a lot of people talking as a result of his Pre-Six Nations XV which included uncapped Leinster winger Adam Byrne. This time round he’s gone for a much better selection that in all honesty- isn’t far off what we can expect for the 1st Test in Auckland on June 24th.

Interestingly he also made it clear that Peter O’Mahony must travel to New Zealand, and could even end up in the Test XV.

“A real possibility after not much rugby could be Peter O’Mahony at 6 and move Stander to 8 to push Billy for selection. O’Mahony I would 100 per cent take to New Zealand,” he said.

Have a look at his selection below and let us know what you think.
