CJ Stander knows a thing or two about winning man of the match awards.
The Munster back-row has made it a bit of a habit of being an absolute wrecking ball on the pitch and is usually rewarded with the prestigious award.
Stander was once again named MOTM last night in Munster’s Champions Cup win over Racing, and to be fair no one was complaining.
The Ireland forward once again played out of his skin, and was ket in the southern province’s win, that secured them a home quarter final.
Now to the burning question, how many MOTM awards has Stander won? A staggering 18 is the answer. In 92 games, 72 of those being starts, Stander has won 18 MOTM award. That’s one in every four games. What a talent.
