This is why props aren’t allowed kick.
We hope Warren Gatland wasn’t watching Leinster and Glasgow last night. Not that he would have seen much as the entire stadium suffered a blackout, with the floodlights failing with just 90 seconds left on the clock.
He would however have seen this hilarious kick from Lions loosehead Jack McGrath once the power had been restored. With Leinster leading by just one point, and the 80 minutes up, the front-row decided to take matters into his own hands.
What occurred was a perfect example as to why props aren’t allowed to kick. Stick to the scrummaging Jack!
