Wow.
French giants Toulon suffered a disappointing third loss in four Top 14 games on Sunday, as they fell to Paul O’Connell’s Stade Francais in a 37-10 defeat.
Two tries from new signing Gael Fickou (12′, 20′) as well as one each from Laurent Panis( 53′) and Hugh Pyle (76′) proved to be enough for the Parisian side, who now sit second in the Top 14 table, behind Clermont who are the only team with a 100% record.
While Toulon may not have come away with the win – they were responsible for the highlight of the game, thanks to some incredible acrobatic heroics from All Blacks centre Malakai Fekitoa.
The former Highlanders man somehow managed to keep the ball in play with one of the greatest assist we’ve ever seen for teammate Josua Tuisova. Check it out below. Never give up.
