Another game, another super performance by Tadhg Furlong.
Tadhg Furlong’s meteoric rise continued last night with a man of the match display against Northampton. While a certain English captain may have made all the headlines, the tighthead went about his business, helping his side claim a huge bonus point win away from home.
The front-row was once again instrumental after a thrilling November with Ireland that has seen him march to the top of the pecking order for the coveted British & Irish Lions tighthead test spot.
In a brilliant moment after the match, as Furlong was conducting an interview for BT Sport, a stranger managed to get up close and wrap his arm around the Leinster man. The fan was ushered away and Furlong completed his post-match duties before confirming “he had never seen him (the invader) before”
