A protective boot isn’t gonna stop Sonny Bill Williams from training.
Sonny Bill Olympic dream with the New Zealand sevens team last month was over before it even really begun, after the All Blacks legend suffered a devastating spartial rupture early in the tournament.
It was a pretty severe injury that will likely keep him sidelined until the end of the year, but that doesn’t mean Sonny Bill will be taking it easy as he recovers.
Yesterday he posted a video illustrating how he’s still managing to work out despite having his left foot encased in a protective boot. The trick? Strapped your leg to a long skate board so you can get a workout going on a rowing machine.
Genius.
