Andy Farrell’s side dominated the All Blacks from start to finish but somehow found themselves losing at half-time, despite huge amounts of possession inside New Zealand’s 22-metre line.
But in the end, the pressure was just too much for the three-time world champions as Ireland stepped things up a gear in the second half with tries from Ronan Kelleher and Caelan Doris sealing a famous win.
The replacement bench also played a huge role with Joey Carbery slotting over some massive kicks, including a 50m+ effort, and Tadhg Beirne and Peter O’Mahony securing two huge turnovers. Beirne’s proved to be the clinching penalty and the reaction from O’Mahony is absolute levels.
