Mercurial.
Australian international playmaker Quade Cooper could soon be back playing Super Rugby with the Melbourne Rebels – and when you see moments like this, you wonder why he was exiled in the first place.
The mercurial outhalf was infamously ousted by Queensland Reds boss Brad Thorn ahead of the 2018 Super Rugby season, and has been playing club rugby with the Souths in Australia.
He’s given us multiple highlights this season, refusing to give up, instead letting his rugby do the talking. And this latest clip where Cooper does incredibly well to keep the ball in play before pulling off an outrageous offload – shows just how good he can still be.
Check it out below. Incredible bit of skill.
