Peter Stringer recently signed a short-term deal with Premiership side Worcester, meaning he will be playing elite level professional rugby into his forties.
The former Munster and Ireland scrumhalf is incredibly strict when it comes to his diet and training, and has managed to abstain from alcohol throughout his entire life.
He recently even admitted that even when on holidays, he’s up at 6am to get a gym and fitness session in before he starts his day, otherwise he feels like he’s ‘cheating’ himself.
Judging by these pictures ahead of Worcester’s clash with Wasps today, Stringer’s dedication has paid off as he looks to be in ridiculous shape. Plenty life in the old dog yet.
