A 77th minute penalty by Springbok outhalf Elton Jantjies broke the deadlock to give the Lions a narrow 24-21 win over the Jaguares in Johannesburg on Friday night. It was the seventh win in eight games for last year’s runners-up but they were fortunate against feisty opponents as they stayed top of their conference standings.
