After over 21 years of service, Patrick ‘Rala’ O’Reilly has retired as the kit man for the Irish rugby team.
He may not have gotten the send-off he hoped for results wise but Rala has played a key part in Irish squads down through the years and the players and coaching staff loved the man, hence his long spell with the international setup.
The IRFU have released a tribute video this morning looking back on some of Rala’s greatest moments, and he’s had a hell of a journey.
