Leinster further cemented their status as one of the great European teams yesterday evening as their secured their fourth Champions Cup title, their first since the tournament was restructured.

In the end just three points separated the Irish province and Racing 92 as Leo Cullen’s men secured a famous 15-12 win in Bilbao thanks to two late penalties from skipper Isa Nacewa.

After the game you could see just how much it meant to a side who this time two years ago – looked like they were a long way off from reaching the summit of European rugby once again.
