Sky have released some pictures from Thomond Park showing just how bad a state the pitch in, but officials are confident they will have the pitch ready in time for 4pm.
Should conditions worsen after kick off, referee Ben Whitehouse has confirmed that at least 60 minutes of the game must be played for a result to stand if they are forced to abandon.
