Jamie Heaslip showed his class last night with this wonderful gesture.
The Ireland and Leinster number eight is enjoying a wonderful few months, being nominated for World Rugby Player of the Year, beating the All Blacks for the first time in his long career and topping it off with a huge win over the Wallabies last weekend.
The Leinster back-row has the weekend off to recover from a gruelling November series as he prepares to get stuck straight back in next week with the Champions Cup, but that didn’t stop him making this young kid’s dreams come true last night.
Evan Hoban, a huge young rugby fan , was given the surprise of his life when Heaslip dropped by and presented him with the jersey he had worn in the 27-24 win over the Wallabies.
