David Wallace seems to have lost his touch.
The former Munster and Ireland legend was part of the eir Sport punditry panel last night for the southern province’s historic win over the Maori All Blacks. Munster ran in four tries on the way to another memorable win at Thomond Park.
Wallace is no stranger to special moments with Munster, having lifted many trophies with the province, including two Heineken Cups. The former Lions flanker grabbed Munster’s famous fourth try during the miracle match against Sale to seal the bonus-point win for his side.
Thankfully however, his hands were a lot better back then. In this brilliant clip posted last night, his colleagues in studio had a right laugh at him for not claiming this kick into the stands by Munster outhalf Ian Keatley.
Brilliant craic, on a truly memorable night.
