Bristol Bears currently lead Gloucester Rugby 13-3 at half-time in one of the maddest halves of rugby we’ve ever seen in the Premiership.

The home side dominated proceedings for much of the first 30 mins, having several tries disallowed for multiple reasons due to TMO interference.

But somehow Gloucester have hung on and held back Bristol, trailing by just 6 points despite having one man sent-off and another one sin-binned. A try by Carreras in the 35 minute means it’s game on for the second half.

It could have been a lot different though with Charles Piutau unbelievably scuppering this chance shortly after Gloucester’s try. What was he thinking? A complete howler from the former All Black.
