“I’ve never seen anything like this in my life!”
In one of the most extraordinary scenes ever seen on a rugby pitch, Saracens’ Vincent Koch had everyone talking after his hilarious shirtless display against Clermont in the Champions Cup over the weekend.
The Saracens forward managed to lose his jersey in the midst of a maul, but didn’t let it stop him from playing on, even putting in an absolute monstrous tackle on one of his Clermont opponents.
Unfortunately for Saracens, Koch’s heroics weren’t enough, as they picked up yet another defeat thanks to a late Scott Spedding penalty. They’re not on one of the worst runs in history, and in danger of not qualifying for the knockout stages after being overtaken by Ospreys in their group.
No shirt? No problem. 👀
