There’s An Absolutely Stupid Amount Of Mouth-Watering Rugby On TV This Weekend

Oh yes.

The 2018/19 northern hemisphere rugby season is really starting to heat up, with Europe competition set to return in just two weeks time. Teams are starting to find their shape and the games just keep getting better and better. And this weekend promises to be even better.

Up first tonight we’ve got two PRO14 games televised, with Edinburgh and Cardiff taking on Italian and South Africa opposition respectively. Newcastle are also hosting Wasps over in the Premiership in what promises to be a belter.

On Saturday – the Rugby Championship is also back as things wind down in the southern hemisphere. The All Blacks will be looking to bounce back from their defeat to the Springboks with they take on Los Pumas. The Boks meanwhile host Michael Cheika’s Wallabies before that.

Saturday also sees the beginning of the inter-pros, with Munster hosting Ulster and Connacht hosting PR14 champions Leinster. All in all – it’s going to be an absolute belter of a weekend.
