Eddie Jones said this week that his England team doesn’t have any World Class players.
It’s open to debate, but according to The Telegraph, they have at least two in the shape of Saracens duo Owen Farrell and Maro Itoje. They also believe Ireland has at least two players worthy of making a World XV- Conor Murray and Jack McGrath.
Picking a World XV is a touchy subject, so bear in mind this is just an opinionated piece by the English newspaper. It sure to spark debate, but sure isn’t that what these teams are created for. A bit of pub talk.
Here’s there selection. What do you think? Where would you make changes, if any?
