Wallabies flying high.
Australia have leap-frogged both South Africa and Ireland in the latest World Rankings after their win over Argentina in the Rugby Championship over the weekend.
Michael Cheika’s side are now on 85.59 points, after a gain of 0.93 of a point, two-tenths more than Ireland and a fraction over half a point more than the Springboks.
The Boks almost secured a famous win over the All Blacks, but their failure to do so means they have dropped down to 5th, while Ireland hang onto 4th place in the world.
