Lions.
Sky Sports are putting on a feast of British and Irish Lions action this evening with six Test matches set to be shown.
With no sports on at the moment, a number of broadcasters are replaying classic games from over the years to keep us all sane while on lockdown, and it doesn’t get much better than some Lions action.
Sky are showing the three New Zealand Tests from 2005 as well as the three Tests against the same opposition from 2017 – all back-to-back, with the action starting from 6 pm.
The 2005 series isn’t fondly remembered for Lions fans – but if you want to see one of the greatest international sides ever in full flow then don’t miss out. Dan Carter’s performance in the second Test is worth the admission alone.
The 2017 series saw the Lions secure a famous win over the All Blacks before going on to draw the series in controversial fashion. Don’t miss it.
