Top class.
Sean O’Brien may not be playing his trade in Ireland these but the veteran openside is still doing his best to help out at home by offering up his house to two frontline nurses amid the coronavirus pandemic.
O’Brien joined London Irish last year and made his debut just before the Premiership season was postponed having spent an extended period on the sidelines recovering from a number of surgeries.
Speaking to BT Sport, O’Brien has revealed that he hasn’t been staying in his house in Dublin since arriving back from London, instead staying with his girlfriend Sarah Rowe in Mayo who is an AFL star that recently flew home from Australia.
“I just said that I wasn’t using the house in Dublin so I offered it up to the NHS over here (HSE) and two nurses are using it at the minute,” O’Brien said.
Absolutely top class from O’Brien. Fair play.
This is awesome!
