Sean O’Brien Brilliantly Responds To Katie Taylor’s Training With Farming Quip

Sean O’Brien has a spot of work for Katie Taylor.

It’s no secret Sean O’Brien is a proud farmer, and we can imagine himself and Tadhg Furlong have a lot in common. Two proud country lads, up in the big schmoke with Leinster, playing a bit of ball.

It’s a far cry from the D4 lads that usually tend to to occupy Leinster Rugby, and we can imagine some of the conversations between the two different background are bloody hilarious. To be a fly on the wall listening to O’Brien or Furlong talk to one of the D4 lads about farming would be brilliant.

House of Rugby is back with a brand new URC show – hosted by RugbyLAD founder Jason Hennessy, Ireland international Megan Williams and Olympic sevens star, Greg O'Shea. Follow and subscribe to it HERE.

Of course being a proud farmer usually means you’ve an eye for talent when it comes to people capable of doing a job, and it seems O’Brien has spotted an opportunity for none other than Olympic boxing champion Katie Taylor.

Taylor has been confirmed for a bout on the undercard of the heavyweight clash between David Haye and Tony Bellew at The O2 in London on Saturday March 4th and is back in camp, training hard.

She uploaded a training video of herself absolutely smashing a tyre with a sledge hammer in preparation for her next bout and O’Brien has spotted an opportunity for her to make use of her skills.
