This is rugby.

The Racing 92 Supporters club have reached out and contacted the Munster Rugby Supporters Club and asked them to join them in creating a special Guard of Honour for both teams as they arrive to the stadium this Saturday for their club’s rescheduled Champions Cup clash.

The original game was postponed due to the shocking death of Munster head coach Anthony Foley, just hours before kick-off with tributes pouring in throughout the stadium and surrounding area from both sets of supporters.

In an act of unity the Racing Supporters club have now reached out to their opponents in order to honour the fallen hero. Supporters will be congregating on Rue Paul Bert between 14:30 and 14:45 (French time) to walk together to the stadium entrance at 15:00 to form the Guard of Honour.

The Munster Rugby Supporters club have encouraged all their supporters attending the game in Paris to join in this show of solidarity with the Racing 92 supporters ahead of KO in this poignant tie.

Fair play lads, a wonderful gesture.
