Lions.

We’re not entirely sure what’s going on with the British and Irish Lions this summer and their series against the Springboks but all signs are pointing to it taking place in some shape or form.

The most likely route will be to host the tour at home in Britain and Ireland with the Springboks travelling to this side of the world with a number of international teams coming in to fill up the midweek fixtures.

It’s also looking like there will be four tests instead of the usual three but we’re still awaiting confirmation there with plans and a schedule due out in the next few weeks.

But putting all that aside, let’s have a look at how things stand in terms of selection. We won’t go into too much details, we’ll let you discuss among yourselves but here’s the current 36-man squad we would pick with a potential starting XV at the bottom.
