It’s time to run laps.
The dreaded phrase that every rugby player hates to hear by their head coach. When it’s time to do fitness of any kind, you’re best best is either to fake an injury or use the age old excuse- ‘my lift is here’
Does this change when you become a professional rugby player? Of course not. Ireland and Munster versatile back proved this with his latest Instagram post that has gained appreciation from some of rugby’s most famous names.
The likes of Luke Fitzgerald, Francis Saili and Bryan Habana all got a chuckle of Zebo’s brilliant picture of him seemingly hiding behind the posts with the excellent caption “When the coach says it’s time to run laps, and you’re trying to keep a low profile.”
