Being selected as a British & Irish Lion is a massive privelage and an honour for any player. It’s means you are one of the very best players in your position in the northern hemisphere and with it comes great responsibility.

Oh and you also get an incredible amount of stash to boot and let’s be honest, who doesn’t love stash? We’ve seen over the last few weeks just how much gear each player gets and when you combine that by 41 players, you’ve got one hell of a job hauling it around New Zealand for the summer.
