This is a really strange one.
Scotland got their Six Nations back on track this past weekend with a famous win over Wales in Murrayfield. The win means the Scots are now right back in contention for this year’s tournament with England to come in less than two weeks.
Understandably Scotland is now buzzing with real hope and will certainly fancy a scalp agains the English in Twickenham, especially after that shambles against Italy on Sunday. A press call was organised today for the Scottish newspapers with outhalf Finn Russell and you’d imagine their Six Nations hopes, and the clash with England would be the main topic…
Bizarrely, because it was not an SRU sanctioned event, reporters were forbidden to talk about rugby with the playmaker.
Scotland's Finn Russell was at a press call today but was forbidden to talk about rugby as it was not an SRU sanctioned event.Unbelievable
