Exit door.
It was announced yesterday that Springboks lock RG Snyman will continue to play his rugby in Ireland when he leaves Munster at the end of the season after he signed a deal to join arch-rivals Leinster.
The move came out of nowhere and was much to the surprise of fans of both provinces, with a deal seemingly done for the two-time World Cup winner seemingly set to giant English Premiership side Bath.
And now it seems Munster could be set to lose another one of their internationals, with Joey Carbery a wanted man by several clubs.
Like Snyman, Carbery has struggled with injury the last few seasons, and like Snyman, is currently injured for the foreseeable future.
French publication Sud Ouest that Bordeaux Begles are hoping to lure Carbery to the Top 14 at the end of the season, with some more unnamed French clubs also interested.
Munster are believed to be keen to retain Carbery’s services, but with Jack Crowley leading the way at 10 for the southern province, Carbery may be interested in a fresh start.
