Munster and Leinster will play their postponed PRO14 fixture on Saturday, January 23, following news that the Champions Cup has been suspended – with both teams expected to field full-strength sides in an epic battle.
Following lengthy discussions with French officials, it was revealed yesterday that the next two rounds of Europe would be put on hold, opening a window for the PRO14 to catch up on some postponed fixtures themselves.
The Munster and Leinster game was originally scheduled December but was postponed and will now be played in two weekends’ time.
Glasgow’s fixture with Edinburgh has also found a home with the Scottish pair set to battle it out this weekend.
