Wanted man.
Leicester Tigers and England centre Manu Tuilagi is a target for Top 14 giants Toulon according to multiple reports in the French media.
The three-time European champions lost the services of former All Black Ma’a Nonu last season, but so far have been unable to replace the inside centre.
Chris Ashton and Semi Radradra also departed Toulon over the summer, with the French club struggling to get results this season having lost five in seven in the Top 14, as well as their opening Champions Cup pool game with Newcastle.
Tuilagi would be a perfect fit to replace Nonu and could very well be allowed to leave given his disastrous injury record. The England international is one of the highest paid players Leicester have on their books, and hasn’t exactly repaid the Tigers in recent seasons.
