Whoops.
Lions front-row Mako Vunipola came down for a bit of criticism this week after footage emerged of him grabbing All Blacks prop Owen Franks by the balls in a scrum during the first Test.
The England and Saracens loosehead says he’s seen the footage, but denies doing it intentionally.
“I have seen the video back because my family tagged me on to it,” said Vunipola
“I can’t remember doing it to be fair. I was trying to keep my bind up and either I bind there or I drop my arm and it’s a penalty to them. I would rather grab them than nothing.”
No doubt, Franks will be out to ‘keep his bind up’ this Saturday!
