Not bad.
When Liam Williams eventually hangs up his rugby boots, the Wales and Scarlets fullback could have a future in hurling judging by these skills.
The 30-year-old is currently in Jersey with the British and Irish Lions getting ready for their curtain opener with Japan at Murrayfield and has been spotted with a hurley in hand.
Episode 2 of The Ultimate Test – a new show on Youtube documenting the Lions’ tour of South Africa is out now and it’s well worth a watch if you haven’t got around to it yet.
The episode documents their first full week in camp with the players going hard at it on the field, hitting the cryo chamber and getting ready for games at altitude with specialised training.
They also get in a round of golf and hit the ocean with some paddle-boarding. Keep an eye out for Wiliams around the six-minute mark getting his hands on a hurley. He evens sinks a point!
