Back in action.
Leinster and Ireland have been handed a massive fitness boost with his province reporting today that James Lowe has returned to training following a troublesome groin injury.
The 28-year-old hasn’t played since Ireland’s Autumn Nations Cup defeat to England in November, having impressed against Wales on debut, scoring a try in the final minutes.
His return couldn’t be more timely with Leinster set for a double round of Champions Cup action before Ireland open up their Six Nations campaign in February.
That is of course if those games go ahead – pandemic or France depending. Whichever way you want to look at it.
