Top 14 side Lyon have reportedly offered former England and Toulon playmaker a lucrative deal to come out of retirement.

The legendary outhalf has reportedly been sounded out by the French club over a potential short-term move.

The struggling Top 14 side, are in a relegation battle to stay in the top tier of French rugby, with Wilkinson sought out as a potential ‘medical’ joker’ on a lucrative short-term contract.
