Number one.
Ireland have just made World Rugby Rankings history thanks to a hard-fought 19-10 win over Wales at the Aviva.
Tries from Rob Kearney, Tadhg Furlong & James Ryan were enough to secure a win in what was Joe Schmidt and captain Rory Best’s final game at the Aviva Stadium for Ireland.
The men in green will now rise to number one in the world when the rankings are updated on Monday for the first time in history.
They become just the fifth team to sit at the top since the rankings were introduced after New Zealand, South Africa, England and Wales.
