Knockout rugby is coming back to Thomond Park.
Munster have secured a Champions Cup home quarter final thanks to a 22-10 win over Racing 92 in Thomond Park this evening.
Tries from Simon Zebo, Ronan O’Mahony & substitute Ian Keatley sealed a famous win for the southern province.
Not only have Munster secured a home quarter final, but they have also secured the 2nd position overall, despite not getting the bonus point. Saracens failed also to get a bonus point win over Toulon, and with Munster making up the difference in points scored, leapfrog the holders.
What a day for the two-time champions.
