All Blacks boss Steve Hansen has a fresh injury concern ahead of the Lions series.
Playmaker Aaron Cruden was forced off in the Chiefs’ 17-14 win over the Hurricanes this morningafter picking up a knee problem. Cruden received heavy strapping, before being replaced at half-time.
Chiefs head coach Dave Rennie said it is still unclear how serious Cruden’s injury is although that should be known by Sunday when the The All Blacks assemble in Auckland.
“I think maybe a medial strain,” he told Stuff.
“Not sure of the degree of it. Hopefully not too bad.”
