Ruled out.
England will once again have to do without talisman Maro Itoje this weekend, after the Saracens lock was ruled out of their crucial Six Nations clash with Scotland in Twickenham.
Itoje has rejoined his club to continue his recovery from a knee injury after being left out of Eddie Jones’ 31-man squad for Saturday’s encounter, with Bath second-row Charlie Ewels retaining his place in the squad.
The final game of the 2019 Six Nations between England and Scotland for both Jones’ men and Ireland, with the result potentially being a championship decider.
Should Wales lose to Ireland on the final day – England could snatch the championship with victory over Scotland. While a defeat for Eddie Jones’ men would hand the championship to Ireland.
