Wanted man.
Wales international centre Jonathan Davies has been “sounded out” about a possible move to the English Premiership next season according to a report in The Rugby Paper.
Davies is reportedly out of contract at the end of the season with the Scarlets and has been approached by Leicester Tigers about a possible move should they lose the services of England international Manu Tuilagi.
Tuilagi is currently mulling over a £2.6 million deal put on the table by French giants Racing 92 and it appears Leicester are making plans should the England international decide the offer to move to France is too good to turn down.
The future of all four Welsh regions remains up in arms with a merger between Scarlet and Ospreys recently collapsing. Davies has played abroad before with Clermont and would still be available for Test selection should he leave having earned well over 60 caps for his country.
