CJ Stander deserves a holiday.
Munster and Ireland back-row CJ Stander played an absolutely insane amount of minutes this season. Stander played a key role for Munster in the Champions Cup and PRO12 as well as featuring in all five of Ireland’s Six Nations games.
He then went on to play in six of the Lions’ ten tour games this summer, including the second-half of the third Test. In total he clocked up a whopping 2,239 minutes in 31 games.

Champions Cup: 626 minutes (eight matches)
November Internationals: 182 minutes (three matches)
Six Nations: 383 minutes (five matches)
British & Irish Lions: 385 minutes (six matches)
