Huge blow.
Munster head coach Johann van Graan has confirmed that RG Snyman’s injury is a “serious” one in a massive blow for the province.
Leinster edged out their rivals 27-25 at the Aviva Stadium this evening with Snyman going off very early on in the first-half after he fell awkwardly in a lineout following an excellent steal.
The World Cup winner was making his debut for the province and van Graan said he is “absolutely gutted” that it ended the way it did.
“He’s going to go for a scan,” van Graan said after the match.
“It looks very serious.”
The Munster boss also confirmed a neck injury to Jean Kleyn with Dave Kilcoyne also going off injured with an ankle problem.
