Beautiful.
Defending European champions Leinster made light work of Bath this evening at the Aviva Stadium, putting six tries past the English side in a 42-15 win in Pool 1.
The eastern province always looked to be in control, and had the bonus-point in the bag before half-time thanks to tries from Jack Conan, Rory O’Loughlin, James Lowe and Adam Byrne.
The assault continued in the second-half with Leavy and Gibson-Park adding Leinster’s fifth and sixth, but it was the first try from Conan that has everyone talking thanks to some beautiful hands from tighthead Furlong.
Similar to Ireland’s incredible try against England in Twickenham, Furlong showed hands most tens would be proud of to bring the near-capacity crowd to their feet. Beautiful piece of play.
Two things we learned from Leinster's opening try vs Bath:
• Tadhg Furlong could be a fly-half if he wanted to 👌
• Jack Conan is a beast 💪Actually, we already knew both of those things, carry on. pic.twitter.com/pHDe5qGNdA
