Jason Emery got shown a red card for this collision with Willie le Roux today in the Highlanders clash with the Sharks. Both players went to claim a high ball just thirteen minutes into the clash, which resulted in Willie le Roux landing very dangerously on his head.

Amazingly he was not seriously injured and even continued on in the game following the incident. In the natural spirit of the game, Emery wrote a heartfelt apology to the Sharks star, who duly accepted. A savages sport, played by gentlemen.
@JasonEmery13 bro all part of the game we love all the best to you and the team for the rest of the tournament 🙏🏻
