Cannon boot.
An 83rd minute drop goal from replacement Mitchell Hunt gave the Crusaders a sensational victory over the Highlanders in their New Zealand Super Rugby derby in Christchurch this morning.
Hunt landed a remarkable 45m drop nearly 3 minutes after the full-time hooter sounded to carry the competition leaders to a 25-22 win. A draw looked on the cards until playmaker Hunt, with nothing on, heaved a kick which scraped over the cross bar and prompted all-in celebrations from his teammates.
The kick came after 15 phases and ensured that the Crusaders remain unbeaten this season. Take a bow son.
