Ireland and Leinster outhalf Johnny Sexton may be 34-years-old and approaching the twilight years of his career – but it’s never too late to get yourself into the best shape of your career it seems.

Sexton along with his fellow provincial teammates returned to training at University College Dublin yesterday (UCD) and the former World Player of the Year has clearly been busy.
